What we collect

Only what you send us yourself: your name, company, email address, phone number and the message you type into the enquiry form, plus the ordinary server record of which page was opened and which country the request came from.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on an order. We do not sell your details and we run no advertising or third-party tracking networks on this site.

Who else sees it

Sales and production staff inside our own company, and — only where it is needed to move your goods — the freight forwarder and customs broker handling your shipment.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept while the business relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can refer back to agreed specifications and repeat orders.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to sale@orientrolleys.com and we will action your request.
