Scope

These terms apply to quotations, samples and orders placed with Qingdao Orient Industrial Supplies Co., Ltd. Anything agreed differently in writing on a proforma invoice or contract takes precedence.

Quotations and prices

Quoted prices are FOB Qingdao unless stated otherwise and remain valid for 30 days. Import duties, taxes and destination charges are for the buyer's account.

Orders and payment

Standard terms are T/T: a 30% deposit confirms the order and the balance is settled before shipment. L/C at sight can be discussed for full-container orders. Production is scheduled once the deposit is received.

Lead time

Standard lead time is 25-30 days after order confirmation. OEM runs with new tooling, custom colours or private-label packaging take longer; the date on your order confirmation applies.

Inspection and claims

Every unit is inspected before packing. Please check the goods on arrival and tell us within 7 days of any shortage or transport damage, with photos and the container or waybill number.

Warranty

From the date of delivery we warrant the main frame and structure for 1 year, and wearing parts such as wheels, casters and rubber parts for 3 months, against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by overloading, modification or misuse is not covered.

Dimensions, load ratings and images on this site are for reference. The specification sheet and the proforma invoice for your order are what we build to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are settled by negotiation first; failing that, they are submitted to arbitration in Qingdao.
